How We Process Public Inquiries & Volunteer Applications

Upon transmission of your inquiry, the communication is directed to the appropriate department within our association:

  • Therapeutic Inquiries: Reviewed by our lead equine mediation coordinator and specialized educators to evaluate participant needs, schedule pre-session evaluations, and arrange wheelchair or sensory accommodations.
  • Volunteer Applications: Forwarded to our Volunteer Stewardship Coordinator, who will contact you to schedule an informal welcome meeting and safety orientation at Ferme de Janiquet.
  • School Field Trips: Managed by our pedagogical team to coordinate dates, curriculum alignment, and municipal transportation logistics.
  • Institutional Governance Inquiries: Directed to the Secretary General and Treasurer for prompt administrative response and documentation provision.

ECURIES DE LOU BAYLE is funded through municipal grants, departmental and regional subsidies, and voluntary member contributions.

We strictly operate with zero commercial motive. No products or retail services are sold. All operational revenue is strictly directed toward animal health, pasture maintenance, and community welfare programs.
